Role Overview: We are seeking an Investigations Analyst to enhance our security investigation efforts, focusing on fraud and insider threats. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. You will be involved in investigating cases from inception to resolution, working closely with senior investigators and various departments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into fraud and insider threat cases, gathering and analyzing evidence.
- Triage alerts and reports of potential misconduct, escalating as necessary.
- Analyze logs and data to identify anomalies and construct case narratives.
- Document investigations thoroughly while maintaining the chain of custody.
- Collaborate with Detection & Response, Legal, and HR on sensitive matters.
- Assist in developing investigation playbooks and identifying patterns for future prevention.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in investigations, fraud analysis, or related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills, with discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Proficient in data analysis and clear written communication.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases.
