Key Responsibilities:

Produce top-quality original content demonstrating creativity and strong command of English.
Evaluate and enhance the quality of both AI-generated and human-written content.
Assess AI writing based on criteria like grammar and accuracy.
Collaborate with delivery managers to optimize project strategies and share best practices.
Provide mentorship and coaching to production teams as needed.
Address escalations by identifying root causes and supporting recovery actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English or Literature.
Fluency in English at C1/C2 level with excellent grammar skills.
Critical thinking and effective communication skills.
Experience in creative writing or editing is preferred.
