Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team in New York City (hybrid schedule). This role involves mastering construction permitting, identifying UX enhancements, and contributing to product strategy. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with engineering and customer teams, and create impactful sales and branding materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in construction permitting through collaboration and research.
- Identify and implement UX and visual improvements for the PermitFlow application.
- Lead design projects and work closely with various teams.
- Establish design-centric processes within the organization.
Qualifications
- A portfolio showcasing your design capabilities is required.
- At least 4 years of software design experience, particularly in B2B products.
- Experience with Figma, Notion, and similar tools.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Basic technical understanding to facilitate collaboration with engineers.
