Job Role: We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team in New York City, working in a hybrid model (3 days in-office per week). Candidates based in NYC or those willing to relocate are preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Become deeply knowledgeable in construction permitting and related areas.
- Identify and propose UX and visual enhancements for our application.
- Lead design projects, collaborating with customers, engineering, and other teams.
- Promote a culture of critique and design excellence.
- Work with sales and marketing to create branding and collateral as needed.
Qualifications:
- Portfolio demonstrating design solutions and high-quality thinking.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B software design, especially for complex workflows.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Notion, and Linear.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders.
