Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete design process for intricate product interfaces, from problem identification and research to detailed specifications and post-launch refinements.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to determine project objectives and design approaches.
- Simplify complex, multi-faceted challenges into user-friendly designs.
- Develop and maintain a scalable interaction vocabulary, including patterns and components to streamline team processes.
- Enhance design quality through critiques and documentation, producing exemplary work that serves as a reference.
- Advocate for user needs in project discussions, integrating research insights and behavioral data into a cohesive perspective.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing work on complex mobile interfaces, preferably in fintech or high-usage applications.
- Ability to think systemically and design the connections between screens.
- Comfortable shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on design.
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication of design rationale.
- Experience with AI tools to enhance design efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on user experience in payment contexts.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to high integrity.
- Willing to relocate or currently based in the UAE.
