Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Content Designer who will oversee the quality and strategic direction of content within their dedicated team. This role requires a blend of expert content design skills, user insights, and collaboration to create engaging product experiences. The Senior Content Designer will mentor junior team members and influence content strategies across various teams, ensuring alignment with product, design, and engineering goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the content design strategy throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate content strategies into product development.
• Develop high-quality, accessible content that fosters user trust and engagement.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
• Enhance the content design style guide in coordination with branding and marketing teams.
• Support junior designers and facilitate collaboration across teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in content design.
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with A/B testing and UX metrics.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
