Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (Design System) who possesses a systems-oriented mindset and expertise in developing scalable UI ecosystems across various products and teams. This role is pivotal in shaping our user interfaces, focusing on the creation and maintenance of component libraries, interaction models, and ensuring design consistency across platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• UI Craft & Visual Excellence: Uphold high standards for layout, typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy in reusable elements.
• Component Architecture: Develop and sustain robust component libraries that integrate smoothly across different products.
• Interaction & Motion Design: Set guidelines for interactive behaviors and transitions to enhance user experience.
• Design Token Management: Organize design tokens to ensure consistency across design and development.
• Figma Library Structure: Maintain an organized Figma library to support other designers.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams to address technical challenges.
• Documentation: Create clear guidelines on component usage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Expertise across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Strong familiarity with front-end development and design tools.
• Advanced skills in Figma and understanding of accessibility standards.
