Role Overview: We seek a Senior Designer who excels in design excellence and strategic influence across various teams. This role emphasizes leadership through design mastery rather than traditional people management. You will be pivotal in setting direction, solving intricate problems, and elevating the design capabilities within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead design strategies for key product areas and cross-product initiatives.
• Manage complex projects from inception to launch across multiple teams.
• Establish design standards and best practices to be followed by others.
• Identify and address systemic design challenges across products.
• Collaborate with senior product and engineering leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and support mid-level and senior designers informally.
• Make significant design decisions impacting multiple teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system.
• Spot strategic opportunities beyond the current roadmap.

Requirements:

• Portfolio demonstrating leadership and multi-team influence.
• Proven ability to tackle complex design problems.
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking.
• Strong research skills and ability to support decisions with evidence.
• Experience mentoring designers and managing stakeholder communication.
• 10+ years of product design experience with strategic impact.
