Key Responsibilities:
- Track and evaluate portfolio performance metrics, including applications, approvals, and repayments.
- Conduct analysis of portfolio vintages and key risk indicators such as defaults and recovery trends.
- Perform segmentation analysis by various factors to assess risk profiles.
- Monitor the lending process to identify factors affecting performance and approval rates.
- Create and manage Tableau dashboards for stakeholders to provide insights on risk and performance.
- Evaluate the effects of changes in credit policies and recommend necessary actions.
- Collaborate with Collections to analyze delinquency trends and recovery effectiveness.
- Support portfolio forecasting and reporting activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer lending or related areas.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with strong Excel skills.
- Experience in building Tableau dashboards is essential.
- Knowledge of consumer credit risk and data analytics is required.
