ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Finance professional to help establish our FP&A function, crucial for Egypt's Home for Deposits and the MENA region's Active Trading. You will develop financial models, manage budgeting cycles, and create performance reports that guide leadership decisions. Your role will also encompass Strategic Finance, focusing on pricing, revenue models, and capital allocation, as well as investor relations, ensuring accurate reporting to investors and board members.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the creation of the group business plan and strategic financial framework.
- Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting in collaboration with business leaders.
- Generate monthly reports analyzing performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Establish financial models for pricing and revenue decisions, supporting corporate development.
- Manage investor reporting and assist in fundraising efforts.
- Contribute to the development of innovative investment products and advisory services for startups and SMEs.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
3–5 years of experience in investment banking with strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of valuation methodologies. Proven experience in managing live transactions and producing high-quality financial documentation is essential. A strong educational background, with a CFA designation being a plus, is preferred.
