We are seeking a dynamic global leader to oversee our sales team as we rapidly expand into new markets.

Role Overview: As CRO, you will play a vital role in LiveEO’s executive management, collaborating with the CEO, COO, CPO, and CTO to refine our strategic direction. Your focus will be on driving growth and success through effective client engagement and sales leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team, encompassing areas such as SDR, AE, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, optimize sales cycles, and manage the sales pipeline for our SaaS solutions.
• Create a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy that aligns sales, marketing, and customer success efforts with revenue objectives.
• Utilize data analytics to inform commercial decisions and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Engage directly with key accounts to resolve pipeline challenges and enhance client relationships.
• Cultivate expertise in core industries, effectively communicating with C-level executives.
• Foster a high-performing sales organization through strategic hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of B2B sales management experience, specifically in SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record in building and scaling international sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics frameworks.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on urgency and proactivity.
• Industry knowledge in sectors like utilities, rail, or telecommunications.
