About the role
Clariness is seeking a Project Management Team Lead - Creative Services (f/m/d) located in Berlin, Hamburg, London, or Cape Town. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Role Overview: As the Project Management Team Lead, you will blend project management expertise with leadership skills, overseeing prominent client projects while guiding a team of Project Managers and Coordinators. Collaboration with our Creative Services and SEA teams is key to delivering exceptional results and enhancing team capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a diverse group of Project Managers and Coordinators.
- Oversee a portfolio of significant client projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and quality across various initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with Creative Services, including Graphics and Copy teams, as well as the SEA team.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and addressing challenges confidently.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance discussions with team members.
- Identify and implement process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a creative services or client-facing environment.
- Previous leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
