Content Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Content Marketer to join our marketing team, dedicated to crafting and executing a comprehensive multichannel content strategy. This role involves overseeing the entire content process, from ideation to implementation, aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging both existing clients and potential customers. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Marketing, this individual will play a pivotal role in creating, organizing, prioritizing, and assessing the success of our content initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an annual content strategy and calendar, incorporating industry insights and local merchant culture.
• Identify topics to expand our merchant community and user base.
• Create compelling copy in our brand voice for various platforms, including social media ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Script and assist in producing video content, such as customer testimonials and small business management tips.
• Drive the generation of both long-form (whitepapers, webinars) and short-form content (blogs, infographics).
• Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure asset completion and accuracy in product representation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or E-commerce, with a strong content creation portfolio.
• BSc in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience producing diverse content types and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Strong storytelling abilities and research skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.
