We are seeking a passionate and driven Link Building Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team known for achieving outstanding results. This remote role offers flexibility in your work environment, whether at home or while traveling, as long as you can commit to 40 hours each week. Ideal candidates are self-motivated and thrive in a results-oriented atmosphere.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential accounts and contacts for outreach on behalf of our clients.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate websites to determine suitable companies for outreach.
- Onboard new websites effectively.
- Input and manage data in our email system and maintain accurate records in Google Sheets.
- Respond to emails and keep client dashboards updated with relevant metrics on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English skills.
- Access to a personal laptop or desktop.
- Headset and microphone for team meetings and coaching.
- Reliable internet connection with at least 5 MB download speed.
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs.
- Able to follow detailed instructions.
Bonus Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in SEO.
- Previous experience working with remote teams.
- Strong understanding of the outreach process.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Quality assurance for a minimum of 300 websites weekly.
- Collection of at least 700 outreach leads weekly.
- Onboarding of at least 15 websites weekly.
- Maintain a QA error rate below 5%.
