Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Reels Content Creator to enhance our marketing team, specializing in short-form video content across various social media platforms. This role encompasses the complete process of creating Reels, from brainstorming to production, aimed at increasing brand visibility, boosting engagement, and supporting our growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Marketing, you will play a vital role in our content development, collaborating closely with the marketing, design, and growth teams to vividly convey our brand narratives through video.
Main Responsibilities
- Create, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends, adapting them into engaging content.
- Edit videos, incorporating subtitles, effects, and music tailored for each platform.
- Assist in planning and executing the Reels content calendar.
- Publish content while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor key performance metrics (views, engagement) and aid in content enhancement.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and design teams on ongoing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Audiovisual, or a related area.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or video editing (including internships).
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
- Genuine interest in social media and short-form video trends.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and storytelling skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to accept feedback.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- A portfolio or links to your social media content is highly desirable.
