- Client Engagement: Create detailed client reports showcasing performance metrics, insights, and ROI; lead weekly client meetings to discuss updates and strategies, ensuring proactive communication and engagement.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of social media experience, with at least 2 years in a management role; proven track record in managing accounts and client relationships; familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube strategies; experience with data analysis and reporting; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
