Job Description
As a Field Recovery Agent, you will be essential in ensuring the prompt collection of loan repayments. Your main duties will involve monitoring overdue accounts and employing standard recovery techniques within legal guidelines. You will also manage customer objections and complaints while collaborating with various departments for quick issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to engage with defaulting clients, utilizing calls and emails to facilitate payment on overdue accounts.
• Maintain a comprehensive daily activity log, tracking calls, contacts, and payment commitments.
• Verify overdue accounts and make daily follow-ups to address outstanding issues.
• Negotiate effective payment plans to mitigate further delinquency.
• Track payments by following up on promises and ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in consumer loan operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
