Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with more than 6 years of experience to spearhead product initiatives at Nova Credit. This role is ideal for a builder who has successfully launched products from inception to revenue generation. You will identify new opportunities, establish product lines, and develop platform capabilities to facilitate scaling. Collaboration with leadership, engineering, and strategic teams will be key in transforming initial ideas into profitable products. This hybrid full-time position is based in the New York Metropolitan area, with an expectation of in-office work three days a week.

Main Responsibilities
Within your first month, you will:

• Learn about our product offerings and how they integrate.
• Forge strong partnerships across teams.
• Engage with customers to identify unmet needs.

Within the first quarter, you will:

• Understand our business model and market landscape.
• Validate new opportunities through research and customer insights.
• Establish success criteria for new initiatives.

By the end of your first year, you will:

• Guide a new product from concept to initial revenue.
• Develop a repeatable playbook for future product launches.
• Strengthen relationships with key partners and clients.

Qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of 6 years in product management with a successful track record in launching B2B products. Proficiency in customer discovery, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. Experience in FinTech, especially in credit data, is a plus.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $176,800 - $209,950, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive benefits, including health plans and flexible PTO. Nova Credit is an equal-opportunity employer.
