Role Overview
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager with over 8 years of experience to lead and expand our Property Management vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for the product strategy across our existing offerings: Income Navigator, Eligibility Compass, Credit Passport, and Cash Atlas. Your mission will be to facilitate faster and more accurate applicant verifications for property management companies while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the Property Management vertical.
• Collaborate with various teams, including Engineering and Data Science, to enhance product features.
• Engage with property managers to gather feedback and identify their needs.
• Analyze product metrics to drive improvements and achieve quarterly goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or B2B2C.
• Background in property management or tenant screening is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL.
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to understanding user needs.
• Ability to navigate technical discussions and prioritize effectively.
