Position: Senior Product Manager - Mobility Team
M-KOPA Mobility is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the advancement of electric transportation in Kenya and beyond. This role is integral to enhancing customer experiences, engineering systems, internal tools, and business processes. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, data analysts, and commercial experts across various regions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategic direction and evolution of software and data products within M-KOPA's Electric Vehicle financing sector.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for continuous product improvement to maximize customer and business value.
- Work with analytics engineers to address data reporting and visualization needs in the eMobility sector.
- Gather customer feedback to identify pain points and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Analyze business performance data to uncover opportunities for product development and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years in product management.
- Strong technical or analytical background, capable of executing complex data analyses.
- Proven problem-solving skills in technical or analytical contexts.
- Experience with distributed teams across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with backend/API products and B2C offerings.
- Knowledge of IoT products and SaaS CRM integrations.
- Experience in agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
