Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Head of Product Operations to shape and lead our Product Operations team. This position will focus on establishing efficient planning, operational strategies, and metrics for our product initiatives. The ideal candidate will transition our Product Operations from a nascent team into a strategic partner across Product, Engineering, and Design.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the Product Operations team, fostering collaboration across various departments.
- Hire and mentor Product Operations Managers to enhance organizational support.
- Define planning processes, product standards, launch protocols, and feedback mechanisms.
- Engage in hands-on operational tasks to maintain quality benchmarks.
- Implement systems that ensure effective planning, execution, and measurement of product initiatives.
- Work alongside leadership to refine product execution impacting key business metrics.
- Drive the integration of AI tools within the Product Operations function.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Product Operations or related fields, with a focus on complex workflow products.
- 3+ years in team leadership, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven experience in building and scaling Product Operations teams.
- Strong operational judgment and systems thinking ability.
- Fluency in AI tools and their application in Product Operations.
- Exceptional communication skills for strategic engagement.
