Role Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Platform Engineering to lead the development of our scalable and secure platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will manage a small team of DevOps Engineers and be responsible for our platform strategy while actively engaging in the technical aspects of the role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure infrastructure reliability and maintain high uptime for critical systems.
- Lead priority infrastructure projects, defining roadmaps for success.
- Develop and implement innovative platform strategies using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, setting quality benchmarks for code and architecture.
- Foster team growth through mentorship and recruitment.
- Implement security practices and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Enhance developer experiences and optimize deployment processes.
- Manage costs effectively and improve incident response protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in platform engineering with cloud infrastructure expertise.

- Experience in the cryptocurrency space is preferred.
