Position: System Administrator I (Practice IT)
As a System Administrator I, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the IT infrastructure for our practices, ensuring that the technology used by our clients operates smoothly and securely. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, servers, workstations, and cloud systems.
- Monitor system performance to guarantee reliability and availability of IT systems.
- Create documentation to assist teams in provisioning and troubleshooting customer systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including remote assistance.
- Participate in IT projects and stay current with emerging technologies.
- Engage in on-call support for after-hours incidents.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT role.
- Proficient in network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Google Workspace, and Active Directory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
