IT Project Manager

We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven IT Project Manager to enhance our Technology team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at structuring complex projects, ensuring all workstreams progress smoothly, and facilitating timely project delivery. You will not only identify project delays but also understand their causes, outline next steps, and engage the necessary stakeholders to realign the project.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing technology projects from initial planning to final implementation. You will develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Additionally, you will monitor project risks and proactively work towards resolving issues. Effective project reporting and adherence to governance standards will be key aspects of your role. Managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks will be essential. You will also oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring proper ordering, allocation, tracking, and disposal, while maintaining an accurate asset register.

To excel in this position, you should have 5-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years in IT project management. A successful track record of delivering technology projects, experience in stakeholder and vendor management, and proficiency in project planning and risk management are critical. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies is necessary. A relevant degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or Project Management is preferred, along with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
