At radiance365, we have developed a cloud-native teleradiology platform that operates as a multi-tenant SaaS solution on AWS, offering a browser-based diagnostic viewer with open interfaces for any RIS, KIS, and PACS system. As our product rapidly evolves and expands both in DACH and internationally, we are looking for a seasoned Product Manager (m/f/d) who will lead the vision and direction of radiance365, rather than just manage it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the teleradiology product on the radiance365 platform, shaping the vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Engage with market needs and customer feedback to develop smart solutions in collaboration with development teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and actively integrate them into product development.
• Scale the product internationally by creating effective product and market strategies.
• Incorporate cutting-edge technologies like AI into the radiological workflow.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales, showcasing the product at events and conferences.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in product management of complex B2B software, preferably in healthcare.
• Familiarity with cloud and SaaS technologies, along with knowledge of DICOM and/or HL7.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented approach, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and events within DACH and occasionally beyond.
