Position Overview
The Team Lead for Systems Administration will oversee the IT infrastructure team while contributing hands-on to complex systems management. This senior role requires a blend of technical proficiency in networking, cloud infrastructure, security, and automation, alongside strong leadership skills to mentor the team and optimize operational processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Systems Administrators, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Design and maintain a robust IT infrastructure, including servers and cloud platforms.
• Oversee the administration of cloud networks across GCP, OCI, and Azure.
• Implement AI tools for workflow automation and improve team efficiency.
• Conduct security and compliance measures across all systems.
• Provide advanced technical support and manage user endpoints.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in systems administration and at least 2 years in a leadership role is required. Relevant certifications are a plus. Strong technical skills in cloud networking, scripting, and infrastructure management are essential.
