Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft exceptional designs for our financial products, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible. In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior designers, and promote a user-centered design philosophy throughout the organization. You should possess strong UX/UI skills and a strategic approach to simplifying complex financial ideas into engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies that meet business and user objectives.
• Lead the design process from research to final UI execution.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers for effective design implementation.
• Create scalable UI components and contribute to our design system.
• Promote accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Enhance user engagement through micro-interactions and motion design.
• Use insights to continually refine user experiences.
• Mentor junior designers and stay updated on fintech trends.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in a senior design role, with a strong focus on UX. Proficient in visual design, interaction design, and mobile/web platform experiences. Familiar with usability testing and analytics tools. Strong mentoring skills and experience in fintech or SaaS sectors are essential.
