About the Role

We are on the lookout for a skilled Staff Product Designer to be the leading design contributor at Flex. This role focuses on establishing high standards of design quality across our product offerings by actively contributing to design tasks rather than managing a team. You will influence design vision and strategy for our most significant projects, shaping user experience and the design team's operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Define the design vision for critical product initiatives, aligning with business goals and user needs.
• Oversee the entire design process, from research to prototyping and execution.
• Foster collaboration across product, engineering, and design teams to ensure a cohesive consumer experience.
• Establish design standards and provide mentorship to fellow designers.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior individual contributor in complex consumer product design.
• Expertise in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
• Strong strategic thinking ability to influence product direction through design.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in modern design tools and familiarity with AI applications in design.

Compensation
