Role Overview
The Content Director will spearhead the production of high-quality, authoritative content that fosters trust, clarifies product benefits, and speeds up intricate B2B sales processes. This position requires independent operation while also influencing the messaging strategy in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of executive-level and technical content aligned with enterprise revenue objectives.
- Develop impactful materials such as whitepapers, CIO guides, technical documents, and solution briefs.
- Craft messaging strategies that connect product advancements with customer challenges.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product leaders to ensure content accuracy.
- Provide Sales teams with compelling materials to support late-stage negotiations.
- Participate in thought leadership initiatives to establish the company as a market leader.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS or complex B2B sectors (AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.).
- Proven success in enhancing revenue through strategic content.
- Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business advantages.
- Strong history of collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise buyers and intricate sales cycles.
- Must have prior remote work experience and proficiency with tools like Slack and Zoom.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mentoring content team members.
- Background in technical market positioning.
