Role Overview
The Special Projects Lead will collaborate closely with the founders to spearhead essential company initiatives. At ARQ, our ethos is to do whatever is necessary to achieve success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams to discover and launch new revenue opportunities or enhance existing monetization strategies.
- Working with growth and product teams to create and implement activation and cross-sell strategies that boost user revenue and product usage.
- Driving local growth initiatives, including community engagement, affiliate marketing, brand promotion, and influencer partnerships.
- Identifying and managing projects that enhance gross margin through revenue growth, cost reduction, or operational efficiency.
- Negotiating with vendors and partners to secure better commercial agreements.
- Monitoring and reporting on the financial impact of projects, ensuring accountability for targets.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a VC-backed startup, top management consulting firm, or leading investment bank.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to foster relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with an eye for aesthetics.
- Team player with a determined and persuasive approach.
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to London (visa sponsorship available).
