Job Summary
FairMoney is seeking a talented and commercially-driven Copywriter to join our Brand & Marketing team. This role involves creating engaging, user-friendly copy for various digital platforms, ensuring financial services are communicated with clarity and approachability. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience, to craft messaging that resonates with Nigerian consumers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Produce clear and engaging copy for digital products and marketing channels.
• Simplify complex financial concepts into relatable messaging.
• Develop campaign ideas, headlines, and calls-to-action to drive customer engagement.
• Ensure a consistent tone of voice across all customer interactions.
• Collaborate to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
• Create culturally relevant content for Nigerian audiences.
• Edit and proofread to maintain clarity and compliance with standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in fintech or banking.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and customer journeys.
• Ability to write persuasive copy across digital formats.
• Proficiency in English and Yoruba, with strong editing skills.
