Creative Project Coordinator VA

This role is essential in ensuring that creative projects are effectively managed, teams are synchronized, and assets are systematically organized.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Creative Project Coordinator VA, you will bridge project management and marketing support, overseeing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and contributing to light design tasks in our dynamic creative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee project workflows using Asana (or similar platforms) for task creation, assignment, updates, and deadline management.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration among marketing, design, and operations to ensure project continuity.
• Organize campaign asset libraries, managing versioning, naming, and storage via Google Drive.
• Assist with light design tasks using Canva templates, including graphics creation and formatting.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation such as SOPs, project briefs, and onboarding materials.
• Monitor publishing schedules and proactively identify potential bottlenecks.
• Set up and manage Google Workspace accounts and permissions for team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have prior remote work experience and proficiency with collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar).
• Experience in project coordination within a remote marketing or creative setting.
• Proficient in Asana (or ClickUp/Trello) for independent project board management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools including Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Familiarity with Canva for efficient creative production.
• Organized, systems-oriented, and possess excellent written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with SOPs, onboarding workflows, or internal wikis.
• Background in a creative agency or marketing team.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe CC or Figma is advantageous.
• Familiarity with social content operations and scheduling tools.
