Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead product strategy, including defining category focus and product launch timelines.
- Source products effectively through supplier discovery, negotiations, and margin target setting.
- Oversee product listing creation and optimization, enhancing positioning, keyword strategy, and overall catalog quality.
- Create operational plans for inventory management and fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce necessary brand assets and content.
- Monitor performance metrics such as contribution margin and ad efficiency to drive results.
- Establish scalable processes and prepare to manage a small team in the future.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in product selection and sourcing, with proven scaling capabilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and operational judgment regarding product management and supplier relations.
- Confidence in negotiating vendor agreements and managing inventory.
- Experience in remote work environments and proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Home & Garden, Tools, or Electronics categories.
- Experience with store relaunches and scaling operations.
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads management.
- Leadership or mentorship experience.
