Company Overview
You will work with a rapidly expanding clean energy company in Europe, dedicated to assisting homeowners in transitioning to solar and heat pump solutions. The organization is enhancing its network of independent sales partners across Germany and is assembling a dedicated telesales team to facilitate this expansion.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls targeting self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals.
- Effectively present the partnership model while adeptly addressing objections.
- Qualify interest and schedule one-on-one consultations for the partner management team.
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion goals.
- Accurately document call outcomes and subsequent steps in the CRM.
- Provide insights and patterns from calls to the team.
- Adhere to compliance, data protection, and call guidelines consistently.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German is essential.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales, preferably in B2B partner acquisition.
- Background in financial services, insurance, or real estate is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with independent sales representatives.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and disciplined in follow-ups.
- Proficient in CRM systems and data management.
- Availability during core hours, Monday to Friday.
