Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Events Manager to elevate our event strategy and execution. You will oversee our entire events portfolio, including industry conferences, proprietary events, customer gatherings, and field marketing initiatives. This role will focus on aligning events with our revenue and pipeline objectives while fostering a culture of experimentation.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the events calendar and logistics, covering venues, budgets, vendors, and staffing.
• Experiment with new event formats and target audiences, refining strategies based on results.
• Ensure attendance of high-value participants and connect events to revenue metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align events with company goals.
• Oversee event budgets and contractor relationships, ensuring financial accountability.
• Develop processes to scale successful event strategies as the company grows.
• Report event outcomes and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities for executives at relevant events.

Requirements
Applicants should have 4-7+ years of experience managing B2B events, a deep understanding of event logistics, and a marketing mindset. Familiarity with sales and customer success teams is preferred. Experience in construction or AI is a plus.
