Role Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to lead brand and marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across various channels. You will collaborate with agencies, manage projects independently, and play an active role in executing innovative marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Craft and manage comprehensive brand and marketing strategies by analyzing market trends and past performance.
• Coordinate content strategies alongside social media and performance marketing partners.
• Plan and implement both online and offline marketing campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with the operations team for seamless campaign execution.
• Lead marketing interns in managing social media tasks.
• Oversee all marketing activities and manage projects autonomously.
• Execute marketing initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring brand consistency.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives.
• Experience with external agencies in social media and marketing.
• Hands-on campaign execution capability.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indian or German culture is a bonus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
