Position Overview: We are seeking an Offline Sales Regional Manager for the North Central region. This role focuses on stimulating business growth by leading a team of J-Force agents and City Captains. You will oversee city activation projects and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition and order volumes. Reporting to the Head of Offline Sales, you will convert field insights into actionable reports and recommendations to meet regional KPIs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement sales-driven field activations alongside J-Force agents.
• Achieve regional sales targets aligned with commercial strategies.
• Recruit and manage J-Force agents, ensuring sustained performance.
• Lead City Captains, establishing clear objectives and accountability.
• Provide agents with necessary tools and training to bridge capability gaps.
• Identify new growth opportunities within the region.
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of sales experience in FMCG or Telco, with a successful target record.
• Experience in managing field sales teams and agent networks.
• Proficient in executing marketing activations or trade campaigns.
• Strong networking abilities, ideally with connections in the North Central region.
• Advanced Excel skills for data-driven decision-making.
• A self-motivated, resilient individual capable of thriving in a dynamic setting.
