Role Overview
We are in search of a Senior Videographer who will take charge of the entire video production process, from initial concept to final output. This position demands a blend of advanced shooting and editing skills along with proactive engagement with stakeholders. You will collaborate as an equal with our existing Senior Videographer.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the complete video production process, including shooting and editing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and oversee project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members in video crafting techniques.
• Generate innovative ideas for video formats and contribute to elevating production quality.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess 4-6 years of video production experience, showcasing a portfolio of self-shot and edited work. A proven ability to manage stakeholders proactively under pressure is essential. Strong storytelling skills across various formats—such as documentary, interviews, events, and executive content—are necessary, along with the capacity to work independently within a small team.
