Role Overview
As a Social Media Marketing & Graphics Specialist, you will lead the company’s social media initiatives, blending strategic insight with practical execution. Your responsibilities will include developing social media strategies, planning and creating content, and performing basic to medium graphic and video editing.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies for platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube.
• Create and distribute engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Edit images and videos for social media use.
• Monitor channel performance and adapt strategies for growth and engagement.
• Manage content calendars independently, ensuring brand consistency.
• Stay informed on social media trends and best practices in the German market.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience with Meta and YouTube management.
• Basic to medium graphic/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Strong independent working skills with accountability.
• Knowledge of engagement drivers on social media.
• German language skills (B2+) are mandatory.
