M-KOPA is on the lookout for a Telesales Team Lead to strengthen our Customer Retention team in Nigeria. This pivotal role encompasses both inbound and outbound telesales, where each interaction plays a crucial role in retaining customers for our innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor telesales agents, ensuring they achieve sales and conversion targets.
- Track team performance against KPIs and proactively address any deficiencies.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and retention programs.
- Oversee fulfillment processes, ensuring smooth communication between agents and retail teams.
- Uphold quality and compliance standards, handle customer issues, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover trends and formulate strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position within telesales or customer service.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience with CRM systems.
- Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills.
