- Facilitate technical escalations with solution engineering, support, and product teams.
- Conduct technical quarterly business reviews (QBRs), integration assessments, and roadmap workshops.
- Monitor account health, usage statistics, and KPIs, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in enterprise eCommerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting.
- Demonstrated success in a technical customer-facing capacity.
- Strong grasp of eCommerce architectures and integrations.
- Knowledge of headless commerce and MACH principles.
- Ability to interpret architecture diagrams, API documentation, and technical specs.
