AMS Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to work alongside our Analog/Mixed-Signal, Digital, Verification, and Physical Design teams to deliver exceptional silicon solutions that meet established performance, power, area, and quality standards while adhering to project timelines. This role involves overseeing AMS implementation activities throughout the design cycle, from the review of specifications to the tape-out process.
The successful candidate will lead and participate in both Front-End and Back-End design reviews, ensuring adherence to design methodologies, technology requirements, and quality benchmarks. Additional responsibilities include contributing to post-silicon validation, characterization, debugging, and root-cause analysis of produced devices, as well as implementing corrective measures when necessary.
Collaboration with project managers and technical leads is essential to assess risks, estimate workload, and guarantee successful project milestone achievements. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement by evaluating new tools and methodologies to enhance design quality, turnaround time, and team productivity.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and up to 4 years of experience in Mixed-Signal IC design. Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in shell scripting or programming languages and Unix/Linux operating systems. Experience with SerDes, PLL, and CDR is advantageous, along with project management skills.
