Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated professional to help enterprise clients transition from isolated workflow automation to a comprehensive operating model that delivers tangible business results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise deployments, ensuring customer engagement from kickoff to completion.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop workflows that address operational challenges.
- Guide clients in establishing a sustainable automation governance model.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities through business process mapping.
- Build trust across organizational levels and support upselling initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise deployment and customer success in B2B software.
- Ability to map business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Understanding of technical architecture with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site engagements (30–50% of the time).
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
