Role Overview
We are searching for a hands-on Team Lead to oversee our highly utilized Android app. This position involves coding, reviewing, and managing features while enhancing team collaboration and efficiency. This is not a purely managerial role; your technical contributions will remain significant.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end feature development, collaborating with design teams.
- Enhance reliability metrics and ensure smooth functionality of key features.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to foster team learning.
- Identify and resolve team roadblocks efficiently.
- Maintain shared codebase clarity and quality.
- Drive process improvements and minimize manual intervention for releases.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to address constraints early.
- Support junior team members in their professional growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on leadership.
- Proficient in Kotlin and associated technologies.
- Experience with background audio management in Android.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
