Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a commercially savvy and technically adept Enterprise Solutions Lead. This role is integral in shaping how we design, market, and deliver our payment solutions to our merchant clients. The position encompasses strategic engagement with both current and prospective merchants, leveraging Ozow's capabilities to acquire new business, strengthen existing relationships, and explore new revenue opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

• Merchant Solutions Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for engaging with existing and potential merchants.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Convert merchant requirements into actionable commercial and technical solutions, ensuring seamless transition from design to delivery.
• Bank Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage partnerships with banks and other stakeholders to enhance our solution offerings.
• Revenue Growth & Retention: Drive revenue increases and retention through outreach and enhanced relationships with existing merchants.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align strategies and gather market insights.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is essential, along with over 8 years of experience in payments or fintech. Proven success in managing relationships with complex clients and a strong commercial acumen are critical. Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders are necessary.
