Role Summary
The Hardware Engineer (Repair Centre) serves as the technical expert within the repair facility, linking practical repair work with engineering standards for quality assurance. This position aims to guarantee that all repaired terminals are ready for redeployment while enhancing technician skills and addressing quality issues effectively.

Main Responsibilities

• Design electronic hardware circuits and ensure compliance with set specifications.
• Create and update printed circuit board (PCB) layouts and related engineering documentation.
• Develop processes to train technicians in meeting established repair standards.
• Review and refine repair procedures while conducting product testing.
• Identify design flaws and recommend improvements based on operational analysis.
• Maintain thorough documentation of repair processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with repair technicians and hardware teams to enhance repair quality.
• Lead initiatives for process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or a related field. Experience in terminal repair is beneficial, alongside strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential for teamwork.
