Role Overview
Join a pioneering company dedicated to creating digital solutions for grant funding, enabling organizations to focus on impactful projects rather than administrative tasks. Our platform integrates insights from over 18,000 funding programs, utilizing AI for analysis, application drafting, expert reviews, and grant management. As a Junior Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to both the backend and frontend development, as well as the AI pipeline central to our platform. You will collaborate closely with our CTO, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop features from backend to user interface using technologies like React, Node/Express, Postgres, and AWS.
- Engage in AI pipeline development, including prompt engineering and context management.
- Debug production issues using tools such as Sentry and CloudWatch.
- Receive mentorship from the CTO and participate in code reviews to enhance your skills.
- Progressively take on more responsibility and feature ownership as you grow.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software engineering or relevant projects from recent graduates.
- Proficient in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
- Willingness to learn and explore across the tech stack.
- A user-first mindset, with a passion for building effective software.
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus, as are German language skills.
