About the role
Are you passionate about navigating the challenges of early-stage product design? Scale AI is seeking a bilingual Product Designer to create user-friendly, AI-enhanced experiences for government and enterprise clients throughout the Middle East. Our mission is to shape the future of AI through exceptional data and design, supporting vital decisions for organizations globally.
Role Overview: You will spearhead the design journey from initial concept to final product, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful solutions swiftly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process, transforming raw ideas into polished implementations.
- Gather insights from PM and client feedback to develop engaging design concepts.
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and unify them around a clear design vision.
- Create compelling visual narratives and prototypes utilizing AI tools like Cursor and Claude.
- Make informed design choices based on research, data, and user insights.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, especially with early-stage products.
- Experience in both startup and established environments, with a background in B2B products for government or enterprise sectors.
- Prior experience in the GCC region is preferred.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI design platforms.
- A degree in HCI, Computer Science, or Graphic Design and a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
