Role Overview
As a Scrum Master at Kuda, you will be essential to enhancing delivery efficiency and agile practices within our engineering teams. You will work closely with large, cross-functional teams of 15 to 20 members, including engineers, product managers, and designers, to promote agile methodologies, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain a culture of trust and high-quality output in financial software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Facilitation & Team Coaching: Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach team members on agile practices and prioritization techniques.
- Operational & Delivery Excellence: Identify and address delivery impediments and optimize workflows alongside engineering leads.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Scale-Up Execution: Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure sprint objectives align with broader product goals.
- Compliance & Quality Governance: Assist teams in maintaining engineering standards and regulatory compliance without hindering delivery speed.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in tech environments, preferably in FinTech. Experience in leading diverse teams and proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence are essential. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are also important.
