Position: Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI
The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to enhance its digital infrastructure for grant funding, enabling organizations to focus on impactful projects rather than administrative hurdles. The platform integrates insights from over 18,000 funding programs, utilizing AI for analysis, application drafting, expert reviews, and grant management.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of AntragPlus, engaging with both backend and frontend technologies, infrastructure, and AI pipelines. You will have considerable autonomy in making technical decisions and shaping the engineering architecture as one of the first engineering hires.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver end-to-end product features, focusing on user experience.
- Collaborate with the grant team to address real user challenges instead of predefined tasks.
- Enhance AI capabilities through prompt engineering and multi-provider setups.
- Manage live production environments, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and establish engineering standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres.
- Full-stack proficiency, particularly with Next.js, Express, and AWS services.
- Hands-on experience with AI pipelines and LLMs in production settings.
- Strong debugging skills in live systems and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Usability-focused mindset for developing user-friendly interfaces.
